The main bedroom offers a queen size bed with convenient storage underneath, along with its own private entrance for added privacy. The second bedroom includes a set of bunk beds and a table that also converts into a sleeping area. It is ideal for kids or grandkids.

This unit also includes a full-size bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Outside, you’ll find a deck where an approved screen room can be added, along with a shed that provides extra storage space.

This camper has been very well maintained, with everything in proper working order, including the hot water heater and central AC. There are no leaks or damage.
