It has a Silvertop screen room with a large deck. Screen room furniture is included.

Included in sale: regular size fridge, shed, outside furniture, grill, fire pit, and a larger hot water heater. ​Not included are personal items.

This unit is located on one of premium sites. Any unit for sale that has an existing deck will be required to place a $500 security fee.
