The living room has a queen pullout sofa bed, a window AC, two new recliners, bookshelves, tv mounted on the wall and two ceiling fans.

Kitchen has a microwave, refrigerator, stove and a table with chairs. All dishes, pots and utensils are included.

 

Bedroom has a queen size bed with a full closet and a tv nook.

Bathroom has a tub/shower and a new flush toilet. 

​

Central air is only 3 years old.

 

The unit has aluminum siding, a shingled roof and pull down windows for easy cleaning.

 

There is a 30 foot enclosed porch with a wrap around deck. The screened porch has a Silvertop hard roof. Inside the porch there is a couch with two side chairs, a table & chairs, indoor and outdoor rug and a small refrigerator.

 

There is an outside shower and two sheds. A chair pad holder (Tupperware) and grill are also included. The outdoor swing is only a year old; it sits in the sand fire pit with three chairs with pads.

Seasonal fees are paid up to September 14, 2023.

Not included are personal items.
